1. Giới thiệu

Chính sách quyền riêng tư này giải thích cách PromptHub thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ và bảo vệ thông tin của bạn khi bạn sử dụng ứng dụng di động dùng để khám phá, tạo, sao chép và chia sẻ AI image prompts. Bằng việc sử dụng Ứng dụng, bạn đồng ý với các hoạt động xử lý dữ liệu được mô tả trong Chính sách này.

2. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập

Chúng tôi có thể thu thập các loại thông tin sau:

• Nội dung do bạn cung cấp, bao gồm prompt, tiêu đề, danh mục, nền tảng AI, hình ảnh tải lên và các chỉnh sửa của bạn.
• Dữ liệu sử dụng, chẳng hạn như thao tác xem, tạo, sao chép, chia sẻ, lưu hoặc xoá prompt.
• Thông tin liên kết chia sẻ, deep link, attribution và campaign data được dùng để mở đúng nội dung trong Ứng dụng.
• Thông tin định danh ứng dụng hoặc thiết bị có thể được xử lý bởi dịch vụ bên thứ ba phục vụ deep link, attribution hoặc đo lường kỹ thuật.
• Dữ liệu liên quan đến quảng cáo, chẳng hạn như mã nhận dạng quảng cáo khi được phép, địa chỉ IP, loại thiết bị, hệ điều hành, phiên bản ứng dụng, tương tác với quảng cáo và thông tin chẩn đoán.

3. Cách chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin của bạn

Chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin của bạn để:

• Cung cấp, vận hành và duy trì các tính năng chính của Ứng dụng.
• Lưu trữ, hiển thị, tìm kiếm và chia sẻ prompt hoặc hình ảnh bạn đăng.
• Xác thực người dùng, bảo vệ tài khoản và ngăn chặn hành vi lạm dụng.
• Tạo liên kết chia sẻ, xử lý deep link và mở đúng nội dung trong Ứng dụng.
• Hiển thị, phân phối, giới hạn tần suất và đo lường hiệu quả quảng cáo.
• Cải thiện hiệu năng, độ ổn định, bảo mật và trải nghiệm người dùng.
• Tuân thủ nghĩa vụ pháp lý hoặc phản hồi các yêu cầu hợp lệ từ cơ quan có thẩm quyền.

4. Xử lý AI

PromptHub là ứng dụng thư viện prompt cho phép người dùng khám phá, tạo, sao chép, lưu và chia sẻ AI image prompts. Ứng dụng không gửi dữ liệu cá nhân của người dùng, prompt, hình ảnh tải lên hoặc nội dung do người dùng cung cấp tới bất kỳ dịch vụ AI bên thứ ba nào để tạo nội dung, phân tích, huấn luyện mô hình, nhận dạng khuôn mặt hoặc thực hiện hoạt động xử lý AI khác.

Ứng dụng không tạo prompt hoặc hình ảnh bằng dịch vụ AI bên thứ ba. Nếu bạn sao chép prompt từ Ứng dụng và sử dụng với một công cụ hoặc website AI bên thứ ba riêng biệt bên ngoài PromptHub, điều khoản và chính sách quyền riêng tư của bên thứ ba đó sẽ áp dụng cho việc bạn sử dụng dịch vụ đó.

5. Dữ liệu khuôn mặt

PromptHub không thu thập dữ liệu khuôn mặt. Ứng dụng không sử dụng phát hiện khuôn mặt, nhận dạng khuôn mặt, lập bản đồ khuôn mặt, hình học khuôn mặt, face template, định danh sinh trắc học hoặc các công nghệ tương tự.

Nếu bạn chọn tải lên một hình ảnh làm nội dung preview cho prompt, hình ảnh đó có thể tình cờ chứa khuôn mặt. Ứng dụng chỉ xem hình ảnh đó là nội dung do người dùng cung cấp cho các tính năng tạo, hiển thị, chia sẻ và xoá prompt. Ứng dụng không trích xuất, phân tích, sử dụng, chia sẻ hoặc lưu giữ dữ liệu khuôn mặt từ hình ảnh tải lên.

Hình ảnh tải lên được lưu trữ với nhà cung cấp backend và storage của chúng tôi chỉ để cung cấp các tính năng prompt của Ứng dụng. Hình ảnh tải lên không được gửi tới bất kỳ dịch vụ AI bên thứ ba nào để tạo nội dung, phân tích, huấn luyện mô hình, phát hiện khuôn mặt, nhận dạng khuôn mặt hoặc xử lý sinh trắc học.

6. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba

Chúng tôi có thể sử dụng các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ bên thứ ba để vận hành Ứng dụng, bao gồm dịch vụ backend, cơ sở dữ liệu, lưu trữ hình ảnh, xác thực, phân phối liên kết, deep link, phân tích kỹ thuật và hạ tầng lưu trữ.

Các dịch vụ này chỉ được cung cấp thông tin cần thiết để hỗ trợ chức năng của Ứng dụng và có thể xử lý dữ liệu theo chính sách riêng của họ. Ví dụ, Ứng dụng có thể sử dụng Supabase cho xác thực, cơ sở dữ liệu và lưu trữ, AppsFlyer OneLink cho liên kết chia sẻ, deep link, attribution và đo lường kỹ thuật, cũng như Google AdMob để phân phối và đo lường quảng cáo.

Supabase có thể xử lý định danh tài khoản, nội dung prompt, metadata của prompt, hình ảnh preview prompt tải lên, đường dẫn lưu trữ và dữ liệu kỹ thuật liên quan chỉ khi cần thiết để lưu trữ, hiển thị, quản lý và xoá nội dung prompt do người dùng tạo trong Ứng dụng.

Khi sử dụng AppsFlyer OneLink, AppsFlyer có thể xử lý thông tin kỹ thuật liên quan đến thiết bị và ứng dụng, app identifiers, attribution data, campaign data, deep link data và một số sự kiện tương tác trong ứng dụng. Các dữ liệu này được dùng để hỗ trợ liên kết chia sẻ, mở đúng nội dung trong Ứng dụng, đo lường nguồn cài đặt hoặc nguồn truy cập và cải thiện luồng deep link.

Nếu một tính năng yêu cầu quyền theo dõi trên iOS, Ứng dụng sẽ yêu cầu sự cho phép của bạn theo cơ chế App Tracking Transparency của Apple trước khi thực hiện hoạt động theo dõi yêu cầu quyền đó. Bạn có thể thay đổi lựa chọn này trong phần cài đặt của thiết bị.

7. Quảng cáo

Ứng dụng có hiển thị quảng cáo do Google AdMob cung cấp, bao gồm quảng cáo khi mở ứng dụng và quảng cáo xen kẽ. AdMob có thể tự động thu thập hoặc xử lý thông tin như địa chỉ IP, thông tin thiết bị và ứng dụng, mã nhận dạng quảng cáo khi khả dụng và được phép, dữ liệu tương tác với quảng cáo, dữ liệu hiệu suất và thông tin chẩn đoán.

8. Lưu giữ dữ liệu

Chúng tôi lưu giữ dữ liệu của bạn trong thời gian cần thiết để cung cấp Ứng dụng, duy trì tài khoản, hiển thị nội dung bạn đăng, giải quyết tranh chấp, ngăn chặn lạm dụng và tuân thủ nghĩa vụ pháp lý.

Khi bạn xoá prompt hoặc yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu hợp lệ, chúng tôi sẽ thực hiện các bước hợp lý để xoá hoặc ẩn dữ liệu khỏi hệ thống đang hoạt động, trừ khi chúng tôi cần tiếp tục lưu giữ một phần dữ liệu vì lý do pháp lý, bảo mật, sao lưu hoặc phòng chống gian lận.

Khi dữ liệu được xoá, một số bản sao tạm thời có thể vẫn tồn tại trong hệ thống sao lưu hoặc nhật ký trong một khoảng thời gian giới hạn trước khi bị xoá theo chu kỳ vận hành thông thường.

9. Quyền của bạn

Tuỳ theo khu vực pháp lý của bạn, bạn có thể có quyền yêu cầu truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xoá, hạn chế hoặc phản đối việc xử lý một số dữ liệu cá nhân của mình. Bạn cũng có thể yêu cầu thông tin về cách dữ liệu của bạn được sử dụng.

Bạn có thể quản lý một số nội dung trực tiếp trong Ứng dụng, chẳng hạn như chỉnh sửa hoặc xoá prompt của mình. Đối với các yêu cầu khác, vui lòng liên hệ với chúng tôi qua thông tin ở mục Contact Us.

Bạn có thể yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu của mình thông qua chức năng Delete Data trong Ứng dụng nếu chức năng này khả dụng, hoặc gửi yêu cầu qua email support@prompthub.app. Khi nhận được yêu cầu hợp lệ, chúng tôi sẽ thực hiện các bước hợp lý để xoá prompt, hình ảnh do bạn tải lên, dữ liệu liên quan đến tài khoản ẩn danh và dữ liệu ứng dụng liên quan, trừ khi việc lưu giữ là cần thiết theo pháp luật, bảo mật hoặc phòng chống gian lận.

10. Bảo mật

Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp hợp lý về kỹ thuật và tổ chức nhằm bảo vệ dữ liệu khỏi truy cập, mất mát, sử dụng sai mục đích, thay đổi hoặc tiết lộ trái phép. Tuy nhiên, không có phương thức truyền tải hoặc lưu trữ điện tử nào an toàn tuyệt đối, vì vậy chúng tôi không thể đảm bảo bảo mật tuyệt đối.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how PromptHub ("the App") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our mobile application for discovering, creating, copying, and sharing AI image prompts. By using the App, you agree to the data practices described in this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account information, such as anonymous user identifiers or basic profile information.
• Content you provide, including prompts, titles, categories, AI platforms, uploaded images, and edits you make.
• Technical data, such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, error information, and necessary activity logs.
• Usage data, such as actions to view, create, copy, share, save, or delete prompts.
• Share-link, deep-link, attribution, and campaign information used to open the correct content in the App.
• App or device identifiers that may be processed by third-party services for deep linking, attribution, or technical measurement.
• Advertising-related data, such as advertising identifiers where permitted, IP address, device type, operating system, app version, ad interactions, and diagnostic information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App's core features.
• Store, display, search, and share prompts or images you publish.
• Authenticate users, protect accounts, and prevent abuse.
• Create share links, process deep links, and open the correct content in the App.
• Display, deliver, frequency-cap, and measure advertising.
• Improve performance, reliability, security, and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations or respond to valid requests from authorities.

4. AI Processing

PromptHub is a prompt library app that allows users to discover, create, copy, save, and share AI image prompts. The App does not send user personal data, prompts, uploaded images, or other user-provided content to any third-party AI service for generation, analysis, model training, face recognition, or other AI processing.

The App does not generate prompts or images using a third-party AI service. If you copy a prompt from the App and use it with a separate third-party AI tool or website outside of PromptHub, that third party's own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of that service.

5. Face Data

PromptHub does not collect face data. The App does not use face detection, face recognition, facial mapping, facial geometry, face templates, biometric identifiers, or similar technologies.

If you choose to upload an image as prompt preview content, the image may incidentally contain a face. The App treats that image only as user-provided content for prompt creation, display, sharing, and deletion features. The App does not extract, analyze, use, share, or retain face data from uploaded images.

Uploaded images are stored with our backend and storage provider only to provide the App's prompt features. Uploaded images are not sent to any third-party AI service for generation, analysis, model training, face detection, face recognition, or biometric processing.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers to operate the App, including backend, database, image storage, authentication, link distribution, deep-linking, technical analytics, and hosting infrastructure services.

These services receive only the information needed to support App functionality and may process data under their own policies. For example, the App may use Supabase for authentication, database, and storage, AppsFlyer OneLink for share links, deep links, attribution, and technical measurement, and Google AdMob to deliver and measure advertising.

Supabase may process account identifiers, prompt text, prompt metadata, uploaded prompt preview images, storage paths, and related technical data only as needed to store, display, manage, and delete user-created prompt content in the App.

When AppsFlyer OneLink is used, AppsFlyer may process technical information related to your device and app, app identifiers, attribution data, campaign data, deep-link data, and certain in-app interaction events. This data is used to support share links, open the correct content in the App, measure install or traffic sources, and improve deep-link flows.

We do not share user personal data, prompts, or uploaded images with any third-party AI service for generation, analysis, model training, face recognition, or biometric processing.

If a feature requires tracking permission on iOS, the App will request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before performing tracking that requires consent. You can change this choice in your device settings.

7. Advertising

The App displays advertising provided by Google AdMob, including app-open and interstitial ads. AdMob may automatically collect or process information such as IP address, device and app information, advertising identifiers where available and permitted, ad interaction data, performance data, and diagnostic information.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the App, maintain your account, display content you publish, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

When you delete a prompt or submit a valid deletion request, we will take reasonable steps to delete or hide the data from active systems, unless we need to retain some data for legal, security, backup, or fraud-prevention reasons.

After deletion, temporary copies may remain in backups or logs for a limited period before they are removed through normal operational cycles.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to the processing of certain personal data. You may also request information about how your data is used.

You can manage some content directly in the App, such as editing or deleting your prompts. For other requests, please contact us using the information in the Contact Us section.

You can request deletion of your data through the Delete Data feature in the App if available, or by emailing support@prompthub.app. After receiving a valid request, we will take reasonable steps to delete your prompts, uploaded images, anonymous-account-related data, and related app data, unless retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.
